SAFE-T-BLEED® Corp. ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY:
Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. warrants, to the original purchaser of new products only, that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials from one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects or conditions caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, modification. alteration, or failure to properly maintain the product.

DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES:
The foregoing warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty, and SafeT-Bleed® Corp. hereby disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY:
Under this warranty, Safe-T-Bleed® Corp’s sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective product or part, at Safe-T-Bleed® Corp’s sole discretion. To obtain warranty service, original purchaser shall return the product, properly repackaged, freight pre-paid to Safe-T-Bleed® Corp.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
In no event shall Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. be liable for damages of any nature, including incidental or consequential damages and any loss of profits or use.

NOTICE:
Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. accepts no responsibility for malfunction of assemblies using parts not approved by Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. Wear may occur under normal use and products should be inspected periodically for damage to connections or seals. Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. products are not designed for use on aircraft. Safe-T-Bleed® Corp. reserves the right to change dimensions and specifications without notice. Pictures in this document may not be identical to actual product.
